The Way of Epiphany

Have you ever had an “epiphany”? It’s that moment when you have a sudden realization or perception of something that you’ve been wondering or thinking about. Well, Epiphany is also a season of the church that follows the season of Christmas. In the church, the season of Epiphany is the season of light or revelation, and one of the central stories told during Epiphany is the visit of the Magi to Jesus. For two weeks we will look to the story of the Magi to see what epiphanies we can glean from this story. We’ll hopefully all come to a new perception of God around us.
